1- Deliveries

In mainland France, Belgium and Luxembourg, the delivery costs depend on the delivery method chosen:

If you opt for a Point Relais delivery, the shipping costs will be invoiced at € 3.90.
If you opt for Standard delivery, the shipping costs will be invoiced at € 5.
If you opt for Express delivery, the shipping costs will be invoiced at € 9.

For international deliveries, the shipping costs are:

- € 8 for: Germany, Austria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Italy, Ireland, Monaco, the Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland and UK.

- 13 € for: Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Norway, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia , Slovenia and the Vatican.

- 20 € for: Andorra, Canada, the United States, Georgia, Gibraltar, Iceland, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine

- € 29 for: Saudi Arabia, Australia, China, the United Arab Emirates, Japan and New Zealand.

Deliveries are offered:

- In mainland France as well as in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom above 120 € of purchase.

- In the rest of the world above 500 € of purchase.

The products will be prepared within 24 hours and shipped within 48 hours subject to payment and available stocks.

If the products are unfortunately not in stock we will notify you by email as soon as possible. You will then have the choice between an exchange or a refund.

1.1. Packaging

You are important: so we put a lot of care in your packages, so your items are wrapped in tissue paper before being placed in a suitable carton. Which is ideal for a gift! So you can let us know and we will leave a note that you can write in the package!

1.2. Packages that cannot be delivered

If you are absent during the delivery of the products, the courier will offer you a different collection option. However, if the package is returned to us, you will be subject to new delivery charges in the event of double shipments.

1.3. Lost packages

If you do not receive your package within 15 days you must notify us at hello@kidiwi-handmade.com. Otherwise it could affect our ability to track the package and thus the reimbursement of the amounts due to you.

1.4. Missing or damaged products

All products sold on our site have been checked before being sent. However, if the products are damaged or a product in your order is missing, inform us as soon as possible at the email address hello@kidiwi-handmade.com.

You will then have the choice between an exchange or a refund.

However, we will have the right to ask you for a return to check the condition of the product before exchanging or refunding.

2- Returns

Your satisfaction is our priority, so we hope you are happy with your new products.

However if you are not satisfied we can give you a refund.

Please note that we do not accept returns of hair accessories, hats, socks, tights, swimwear for hygienic reasons.

If you wish to return an item, please let us know within 7 days of delivery to the email address hello@kidiwi-handmade.com.

To be reimbursed, all items must be returned new, in their original packaging, with the labels still attached, within 15 working days after the delivery date.
The shoes must be in their original packaging, which is also new, as it is considered part of the product. Please do not use the shoebox as packaging for the package.

Return costs will only be covered in the following cases:

- A product does not comply with the description of the website;

- A product is damaged.

In all other cases the return costs are your responsibility.

You are responsible for the products until we receive the product. We therefore advise you to be very careful with the packaging of the items, they will not be refunded if they have been damaged. In addition, we recommend that you use a signature delivery system, as we will not be able to refund items that we have not received. On the other hand, please keep proof of postings until we have reimbursed you.

However, we can schedule a return, and subtract the amount from your refund for convenience. Responsibility is therefore our from the delivery of the package to the courier.

Once the products have been accepted we will reimburse you via the credit card used for payment.
