Delivery and Return Conditions

 

  1. Deliveries
In Metropolitan France delivery costs depend on the delivery method chosen:
  •  If you opt for delivery to Mondial Relais, shipping costs will be charged 3.90 (4 to 7 business days).
  •  If you opt for Standard delivery, shipping costs will be charged€5.90(3 to 5 working days).
  •  If you choose an Express delivery shipping costs will be charged 9,90 (48 working hours).
Returns to France are offered via Mondial Relay (see returns)
For Belgium and Luxembourg:
  •  If you opt for delivery to Mondial Relais, shipping costs will be charged 4.90 (4 to 7 business days).
  • If you opt for Standard delivery, shipping costs will be charged€7.90(3 to 5 working days).
  • If you choose an Express delivery shipping costs will be charged 12,90 (1 to 3 business days).
For international deliveries, shipping costs are:
  • €15 for the United Kingdom (2 to 7 working days)
  • €9 for Switzerland (5 to 7 working days)
  • €8 for Zone 1: Germany and the Netherlands (5 to 7 working days).
  • 9€ for Zone 2: Belarus, Bulgaria, Greenland, Hungary, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, the Vatican , Estonia, Poland, Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Portugal, Spain, Sweden (5 to 7 working days).
  • 15€ for Norway and Greece (3 to 6 working days)

 

  • 22€ for: Andorra, Canada, the United States, Georgia, Gibraltar, Iceland, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Turkey, Ukraine, Serbia, North Macedonia, Albania and Bosnia and Herzegovina (5 to 7 working days).

 

  • €29 for: China, United Arab Emirates, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, British Indian Ocean Territory, Hong Kong SAR China , Israel, Kuwait, Lebanon, Taiwan, India, Indonesia, Mexico (6 to 10 working days).

 

  • 39€ for: Australia, New Zealand, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates (10 to 13 working days).

 

 Deliveries are free: 

    •   In mainland France above€100 purchase.
    •   In Belgium and Luxembourg above€150 purchase.
    •   In Switzerland above €200
    • In the United Kingdomabove €150
    •  In Europe for Zone 1: Germany and the Netherlands to-dessus of 150€ purchase.
    •  In Europe for Zone 2: Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Poland, Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Belarus, Bulgaria, Greenland, Vatican City State , Liechtenstein, Romania aboveabove 150€ purchase.
    • For Norway and Greece above €250
    • For: Serbia, North Macedonia, Canada, United States, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Andorra, Georgia, Gibraltar, Iceland, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Turkey, Ukraine above 250€ purchase.
    • In the rest of the world above €500 purchase.

    The products leave our warehouses within 24 hours (working days) subject to payment and available stocks. The delivery times that we indicate are those generally observed by carriers, we cannot be held responsible for any transport hazards.  

    Any customs fees and various taxes payable for international orders are the full responsibility of the customer. 

    If the products are unfortunately not in stock we will notify you by email as soon as possible. You will then have the choice between an exchange or a refund.

     

    1.1.        Packaging

    You are important: we therefore put a lot of attention into your packages, so your items are wrapped in tissue paper before being placed in a suitable box. Which is great for a gift! So you can let us know and we'll leave a little note for you to write in the package!

    1.2.        Parcels that cannot be delivered

    If you are absent when the products are delivered the courier will offer you a different collection option. However, if the package is returned to us, you will be subject to new delivery charges in the event of double shipments.

    1.3.        Lost packages

    If you do not receive your package within 15 days , you must notify us at hello@kidiwi-handmade.com . Otherwise, it could affect our ability to track the package and thus the refund of the amounts owed to you. 

    1.4.        Missing or damaged products

    All products sold on our site have been checked before being sent. However, if the products are damaged or a product from your order is missing, inform us as soon as possible at the email address hello @kidiwi-handmade.com .

    You will then have the choice between an exchange or a refund.

    However, we will have the right to ask you for a return to check the condition of the product before proceeding with the exchange or refund.

     

    1. Returns

    Your satisfaction is our priority, so we hope you happy with your new products.

    However, if you are not satisfied we can give you a refund.

    Please note that we do not accept returns on hair accessories, hats, socks, tights, swimwear due to hygiene reasons.

    If you wish to return an item , please let us know within 15 days of delivery to the email address hello@kidiwi-handmade.com .

     

     Returns to France are offered via Mondial Relay: 

    - Contact us at the email address hello@kidiwi-handmade.com 

    - We will send you your slip as soon as possible so that you can drop off your package at a relay point.

    - Upon receipt of the package and verification of the goods, we will issue a refund.

     

    To be refunded, all items must be returned new, unwashed, in their original packaging, with tags still attached, within 15 working days after delivery. delivery date.
    The shoes must be in their original packaging, also new, as it is considered part of the product. Please do not use the shoe box as packaging for the package.

     

    International return costs will only be covered in the following cases: 

    -       A product does not conform to the description on the website;

    -       A product is damaged.

    In all other cases, return costs are your responsibility.

    Return costs from abroad are not covered, however your return costs can be reimbursed with PayPal. 

     

     Responsibility for the products remains with you until we receive the product. We therefore advise you to be very careful with the packaging of the items, they will not be refunded if they have been damaged. Additionally, we recommend that you use a signature delivery system, as we will not be able to refund items that we have not received. Furthermore, please keep proof of shipment until we have reimbursed you.

    We can, however, schedule a return, and subtract the amount from your refund for greater convenience. The responsibility is therefore ours from the moment the package is handed over to the courier.

    Once the products have been accepted we will reimburse you via the credit card used for payment.
