Products leave our warehouses within 24 hours (business days) subject to payment and available stock. The delivery times we indicate are those generally observed by carriers, we cannot be held responsible for any transport mishap.

Any customs fees and various taxes due for international orders are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

If the products are unfortunately out of stock, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. You will then have the choice between an exchange or a refund.

1.1.       Packaging

You are important: we pay a lot of attention to your packages, your items are therefore wrapped in tissue paper before being placed in a suitable box. This is ideal for a gift! You can let us know and we will leave a little note that you can write in the package!

1.2.       Packages that cannot be delivered

If you are absent during the delivery of the products, the courier will offer you a different collection option. However, if the package is returned to us, you will be subject to new delivery charges in case of reshipment.

1.3.       Lost packages

If you do not receive your package within 15 days, you must notify us at the address hello@kidiwi-handmade.com. Otherwise, this could affect our ability to track the package and thus the refund of the amounts owed to you. 

1.4.       Missing or damaged products

All products sold on our site have been checked before being sent. However, if the products are damaged or if a product from your order is missing, please inform us as soon as possible at the email address hello@kidiwi-handmade.com.

You will then have the choice between an exchange or a refund.

However, we will have the right to ask you for a return to check the condition of the product before proceeding with the exchange or refund.

2. Returns

Your satisfaction is our priority, so we hope you are happy with your new products.

However, if you are not satisfied, we can offer you a refund.

Please note that we do not accept returns of hair accessories, hats, socks, tights, swimwear for hygiene reasons.

If you wish to return an item, please let us know within 15 days following delivery at the email address hello@kidiwi-handmade.com.

 Returns in France are free via Mondial Relay: 

- Contact us at the email address hello@kidiwi-handmade.com 

- We will send you your return label as soon as possible so that you can drop off your package at a relay point.

- Upon receipt of the package and verification of the merchandise, we will process the refund.

To be refunded, all items must be returned new, unworn, in their original packaging, with tags still attached, within 15 working days after the delivery date.
Shoes must be in their original packaging, which must also be new, as it is considered part of the product. Please do not use the shoebox as the packaging for the parcel.

Return shipping costs for international orders will only be covered in the following cases: 

-      A product does not match the description on the website;

-      A product is damaged.

In all other cases, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Return shipping costs from abroad are not covered; however, your return shipping costs can be refunded with PayPal.

 The responsibility for the products rests with you until we receive the product. We therefore advise you to be very careful with the packaging of the items; they will not be refunded if they are damaged. Additionally, we recommend using a delivery system with signature, as we will not be able to refund items that we have not received. Furthermore, please keep the proof of shipment until we have refunded you.

However, we can schedule a return and deduct the amount from your refund for convenience. The responsibility is therefore ours from the moment the package is handed over to the courier.

Once the products have been accepted, we will refund you via the credit card used for payment.
